Maybe that was a little harsh, but I sort of feel like you deserve it if you couch a (IMHO) slender painting practice with a press release that consists entirely of an essay by a German art historian explaining what a T-shirt is:

I can't believe I can respond to this coherently, but: I don't like Terada Honke's sakes! They have the same problem as most "natural" wines for me--they taste a little too sour or cidery. But I know they're hip. And they seem very well distributed--I see them in lots of good wine stores.

One dependable low-end sake that I've found a few places is Kirinzan Classic Futushu. It's much closer to a typical profile and is versatile. A little about it here:
